Buses must stop at taxi waiting area and passengers have to take taxis or walk to terminals. There is a turn-around area here for airport exit.

This from Tom Burrington; While in the taxi stand (in an H-3), I was allowed to dump my suspension and proceed to the terminal curb to drop my passengers.
