Extract all files to a folder on your desktop. When you double-click on a file it will open in your browser as a HTML file.
Note: It is necessary to extract all the files to a folder in order for them to open properly. If this isn't done they will show nothing but garbage.
Also note that attached images (maps, etc.) might not show up when viewing directions offline.
