• If a credit card is used to make a puchase then the product will be shipped to card's billing address.

• At this time we regret that we cannot accept international orders.

Product Warranties

• The desks and all parts associated with the desks carry a full 1 year warranty beginning with the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Accessories such as PC Shades, Screen Supports and Keyboard Lights carry a 90 warranty beginning with the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and in it's original packaging.

• Product must be in saleable condition.

• If any parts are damaged or missing the replacement cost of such parts will be deducted from the total refund.

• Returns are handled via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) only. Email me for this authorization before shipping the product.

• You must enclose a copy of your receipt, which will be emailed to you as soon as payment is received along with a note detailing why the product would not work with your application.

• Your refund will be issued back to the credit card on which you paid for the item.

• In the event of customer error, $20 will be deducted from the refund to help defray the cost of shipping, handling and repackaging.

• Accessories such as PC Shades, Screen Supports & Keyboard Lights must be returned unopened.

• If unused, full refund less shipping will be issued.
